More than twenty machining centers are equipped with computer control, professional staff, and high-end equipment. Every Fuel wheel is forged like a unique piece of art for your vehicle, both in terms of performance and visual appeal.
In this article, we are going to look at the most noteworthy Fuel Off-Road wheels that are going to shake the market in 2022. All of them are cast and forged with aluminum to be strong and durable. So put your feet down on the gas pedal and let’s roll.
FUEL ARC Series
Wheels in the Arc series are striking with the strict design mixed with the feeling of hot chocolate. These are 1-piece forged wheels with multiple medium-width spokes and minimalistic but catchy colors. Fuel Off-Road brand is engraved on the wheel lip, and the FUEL logo is installed on the center cap.
These models are available right now, each in its color.
- D795 with Gloss Black Milled finish. These wheels radiate a strict and serious vibe.
- D796 is a Matte Black with Gloss Black lip. Not as strict as D795, but more elegant.
- D797 is a Platinum Bronze model that just adds style to a vehicle.
- D798 is a Brushed Silver model, with black lips and a center cap these wheels look fantastic when driving.
Each model can have 5, 6, or 8 lugs.
Available sizes are 20×9, 20×10, 22×10, 22×12.
Depending on the serial number you can have Fuel Arc wheels that weigh between 39 and 48 pounds each.
FUEL BLOCK Series
These wheels have their unique style thanks to the simulated beadlock on each model. Alongside the simulated beadlock is a mesh-like design, it is a perfect match of texture.
Six wide spokes on the concave face are easy to clean and look impressive on any car.
Fuel Block wheels have been tested by vehicle owners in the off-road environment who indicated impressive durability and protection from scratches. This is a one-piece series of wheels with exposed lugs, the Fuel logo is on one of the spokes, and on the center cap.
Three models are available at the moment with different designs.
- D750 is a Satin Black wheel, minimalistic and bold.
- D751 has a Matte Bronze finish with Black Ring, which sets a real tone for a stylish vehicle.
- D752 wheel has a Matte Gunmetal finish with a Black Bead ring.
All Fuel Block wheels have two sizes at the moment: 17×9 or 18×9.
There is a choice between 5 or 6 lugs. Fuel Block wheels weigh between 32 and 37 pounds each.
FUEL BLOCK BEADLOCK series: This is no simulation
Fuel Block Beadlock almost identically takes the design of the Fuel Block series. But instead of beadlocks being fake in order to create a design, these beadlocks are fully functional. They are also one-piece wheels.
Finishes are different in Fuel Block Beadlock than in the previous models.
- D122 model has a rich Matte Black finish with Black Ring.
- D123 model offers the bright, catchy Candy Red finish with Red Ring.
- D124 is a Matte Bronze with Black Ring that looks exquisite.
Fuel Block Beadlock wheels come in 17×8.50 and 17×9 sizes with 35 or 37 pounds weight. 5 or 6 lugs can be chosen.
FUEL CYCLE Series
These one-piece wheels offer an aggressive design that resembles a spider web, a concave face, and simulated beadlocks with bolts that can be removed. Fuel is written on the center
cap and on the surface of spokes.
Four different designs are available with different finishes and vibes.
- D832 with a full blackout finish offers an aggressive, defiant style.
- D833 is a nice platinum finish model that will add aesthetics to your vehicle.
- D834 is a model with a bright Candy Red finish and a Black Rim for a stylish contrast.
- D835 offers a Matte Gunmetal design and a Black Rim that make simulated beadlocks look amazing.
Available sizes for Fuel Cycle wheels are 17×9 and 20×9. There is a choice between 5 and 6 lugs.
FUEL FLAME Series
The unique style of fueled car aggressiveness is the trademark of the Fuel Flame series of wheels. The flame wheel has ten spokes splitting in two before connecting to the rim. The fuel logo can be seen on the center cap, and the letters F U E L are engraved on the lip. Holes between spokes are wide, which creates convenience for washing the inside of the wheel.
There are two sets of models of Fuel Flame wheels. One for 5 lugs and the other for 6 lugs.
- D803 with Gloss Black Milled finish offers a minimalistic touch to the vehicle.
- D804 is on point with its Black Matte finish.
- D805 is a Platinum Bronze wheel marvel. A fantastic choice to make your vehicle look like it was manufactured by angels.
- D806 has a plain Platinum finish, no other decorations are needed to make them look great.
- D823 has a Gloss Black finish with energetic red millings on the sides of spokes and on the Fuel logo.
Flames wheels with 5 lugs offer these sizes: 20×10, 20×12, 22×12, 24×12.
Fuel Flames sets with 6 lugs have these sizes available: 20×9, 20×10, 22×10, 22×12.
5 lugs Flames wheels weigh 39 pounds, while 6 models lugs weigh 41.
FUEL HURRICANE Series
Fuel Hurricane Wheels introduces a brand new design for one size only which is 22×12. These wheels, with the negative offset of -44, have incredibly appealing slim spokes, bending counterclockwise and splitting in two before connecting to the rim. Fuel is debossed into the lip, and encrusted into the center cap. Spokes are elegantly milled and have multiple openings between them. This series is a perfect choice for lifted trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs.
Three models with different designs are available at the moment. One size only as of May 2022.
- D807 has a Gloss Black finish which is a great match for a deep barrel of this wheel.
- D808 offers Black Gloss with aggressive Red Milling, just what a vehicle needs to stand out.
- D809 is an alloy Polished and Milled model. Looking fresh and shiny.
Fuel Hurricane one-piece wheels are available with 5, 6, and 8 lugs. The weight is 50 pounds.
FUEL MAVERICK Dually Series
This dually wheel is a real keeper for vehicles with lift kits. Amazing, minimalistic design, ten lugs for perfect durability, this wheel has it all. Dually wheels from Fuel do not require adapters and are available both for a vehicle with stock and lifted applications. Three types of rear outer wheels are available with different offsets for different levels of lift kits.
2.5” street level spacing is available for street and A/T tires with a width up to 275 millimeters.
3.5” lifted level of spacing goes to the street and A/T tires with width between 285 and 325 millimeters, and 12.50” width for M/T tires.
4.5” extreme level of spacing is perfect for M/T tires with a 13.50” width.
Three designs are available now.
- D436 front and rear with Satin Black finish that will finish any competition in vehicle tuning.
- D536 front and rear wheels have a chrome finish. These wheels look like pieces of lucid in the off-road dirt.
- D538 front and rear wheels offer Black and Milled finish. Milling is visible on the sides of the spokes.
All Fuel Maverick models come in 20×8.25 size with 10 lugs.
FUEL OXIDE Series
The traditional design of wheels that look like stars manifests itself in the Fuel Oxide series of wheels. These wheels have thick, wide spokes with small holes going through and big holes in between. The company’s name is engraved in one of the spokes and printed on the center of the wheel. Wheel lip has stylish shallow deepenings.
Four models with unique designs are available in Fuel Oxide one-piece wheels.
- D799 with Matte Black finish for a classy look.
- D800 has a Matte Bronze finish, a real catch.

FUEL QUAKE Series
One-piece Quake wheels from Fuel present a modern design that just gets respect. Eight double spokes look like they cut through the road and make the car fly. These wheels have deep concaves and milled sides of the spokes. Right now Fuel Quake wheels are only available at the size of 20×10.
Four Quake models are on the market right now.
- D828 Quake wheels with Gloss Black finish and milled to look classic and modern at the same time.
- D829 has a Gloss Black finish but red millings on the sides of the spokes. Real fire on the road.
- D830 offers a classical, minimalistic Platinum finish.
- D831 has a Blackout finish that makes a public scream “respect”.
Fuel Quake series of wheels offer a choice between 5, 6, and 8 lugs.
FUEL RUNNER and RUNNER DUALLY Series
These wheels have been on the Fuel market for some time, but now, as the popularity of the Runner series rises up, they get an offshoot Runner Dually wheels.
Fuel can be proud because these wheels were manufactured with a catchy, aesthetic design. Eight branching and bending spokes create the impression that they are cutting through the barrel of the wheel. The Center cap with the Fuel logo sticks out, and the company’s name is cut through the surface of the lip.
Runner wheels are one-piece. One model is exclusively for single wheels, while two others are Runner Dually.
- D740 with a chrome finish is a fantastic one-piece wheel, it is also available in a negative and positive offset. Here is a list of all available sizes for this model. 20×8.25, 20×9, 20×10, 22×8.25, 22×10, 22×12, 24×12, 24×14, 26×14.
- D741 offers a Gloss Black finish. It is available as a one-piece and dually wheels, which means both Front and Rear. It also has milled spokes.
Runner One Piece sizes: 15×7, 15×10, 18×7, 20×7, 20×9, 20×10, 22×7, 22×10, 22×12, 24×7, 24×11, 24×12, 24×14, 26×14.
Runner Dually sizes for front and rear wheels: 20×8.25, 22×8.25.
- D742 wheels have a bright Candy Finish. Spokes are milled.

All Runners have a choice between 5, 6, and 8 lugs.
Just like the Maverick series, Runner Dually does not require adapters and is available for A/T, M/T, and street tires. Again, three types with the street, lifted and extreme levels of spacing are available with these measurements: 2.5”, 3.5”, and 4.5”.
FUEL SLAYER Series
These one-piece wheels offer traditional but aesthetic design. Six spokes in the shape of the star are thick with curved in centers. Fuel is written in white color on one spoke, FFT on the other, and the Fuel company’s logo gives off an elite look on the center cap.
Four designs are available in separate models.

FUEL SYNDICATE Series
Syndicate has one of a kind design in the Fuel collection that features a simulated beadlock and removable bolts. This one-piece wheel has a concave structure with seven split spokes. Fuel’s logo and the name are cast onto the surface of one of the spokes and the center cap.
Fuel Syndicate wheels are manufactured in four models with amazing designs.
- D810 offers a Blackout finish that looks like deep space.
- D811 wheel has a Matte Bronze finish. Very rich and beautiful colors.
- D812 with Platinum finish creates a minimalistic and aesthetical style.
- D813 model has a Dark Blue finish, Black ring, and center cap. Just the right match.
Fuel Syndicate wheels are only manufactured in 17×9 size with 5 or 6 lugs. Other sizes will be developed after the series get more recognition. The approximate weight for each wheel of the Syndicate series is 30 pounds.
FUEL TRACTION Series
Aggressive design, concave face, simulated beadlocks, and expressive spokes are trademarks of the Fuel Traction series of wheels. Accent bolts are installed on the surface of the wheel, at the beginning of each spoke. Windows between spokes are wide and easy to access for cleaning. There are narrow splits at the end of each spoke, which creates depth and elegancy.
Four one-piece models are available in the Traction series.

FUEL TRIGGER Series
Fuel wheels of the Trigger series are challenging classical design, presenting design with spokes that resemble snowflakes that perfectly transition into simulated beadlock. The company’s name is engraved on the center cap and on the lip. Spokes are tight, sporty and aesthetically pleasing.
Three Fuel Trigger sets of wheels are available.

Letters F U E L are cut out on the lip, and the name of the company is engraved on the center cap.
